I/we agree all kit provided by the Club, must be returned in acceptable condition when a player leaves the Club, the club reserves the right to recover appropriate monies, including taking matter to Hampshire FA.
I/we take full responsibility for all registration fees payable to the Club.
I/we take full responsibility for payment of any fines levied by the leagues as a result of myself/our child’s actions.
I/we give permission for my my/our child’s name, or picture to appear on the Fleet Town Girls & Ladies Football Club website and for use in any promotional/marketing material.
I/we give permission for my / my child’s details to be kept on website database by the Club for use on official League business only.
I/we give permission for my / my child’s managements team (u15 to u18 and Ladies Teams only) to communicate with myself / my child via email or text as part of a group message regarding relevant football matters i.e. venue or time changes, training.
I/we give permission for my child (u15 to u18 and Ladies Teams only) being part of a group Team chat on social media.
