Barnes Eagles FC U15 1-3 Fleet Town Girls & Ladies U15 Reds

Having lost to Barnes Eagles earlier in the season, the expectation from Parents and Coaches was that we were in for another tough match, particularly as we only had 11 players. The girls however,had other ideas as from kick off, they dominated the game. The Reds went 1 up thanks to a great effort from Amelia which was added to by a thundering shot from Stella. Barnes pulled one back but a goal from Teyla effectively ended the game, even with Barnes pushing all players forward.
All the girls worked incredibly hard and supported each other throughout the game so it was not possible to single out one individual for GOM. This one goes to the whole team.
